DESERT SUN

Ingredients
  

  • 2 OZ. Quechol Texanum Sotol
  • 3 Strawberries
  • 1 Sprig Tarragon
  • Tonic Water
Muddle strawberries and tarragon in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, then add Quechol Texanum and ice. Shake for 7-10 seconds and strain into a Collins glass. Top with tonic water and garnish with sliced strawberries, tarragon, and a marrigold.
